Probably our favorite restaurant if we had to choose. This one is more upscale and the food is by chef José Andres. It’s tapas style food with a Spanish/Asian influence. Don’t miss dishes: Wow there are so many that I love here. The Japanese Peaches, the Dragonfruit Ceviche and the Squid Ink Paella-Style Pasta are three that pop into mind that you must get but you really can’t go wrong with anything else you choose. Seriously, don’t miss those three especially. $$$$ - Break out the piggy bank.
