Tips from locals
This venue hosts more folk- singer/songwriter style. It was started by MuchMusic's Mike Campbell as a listening room. The sounds system is wired through the ceiling, so sound is always good. Many of Canada's top singer-songwriters have played here because it accords musicians respect. It serves food, and the restaurant is certainly acceptable.
Recent guests were delighted to discover this pub with live entertainment and it’s located in one of the oldest buildings in Halifax built in 1760.
