Tips from locals
The Geelong Botanic Gardens are beautifully curated. They pack quite a bit of biological diversity into a small area. The large ginko tree in the Japanese Garden is astonishing! There's a small tea house in the garden - nothing impressive but a nice place to relax with a pot of tea, especially if the weather's favourable. Entry is free.
Take a stroll through Geelong's Botanic Gardens and the surrounding parklands. This is one of Maple's favourite locations.
