You'll want to explore the Hiwassee River near Reliance (about 10 mins away). It is class II-III whitewater and is great for families and novice paddlers. Very scenic!

Rafting and kayaking! One of our favorite places to rent canoes and kayaks. Then take a 3 hour trip down the peaceful river! Bring sunscreen! Less than 1 hour from Rook's End!
