Beautiful Provincial Park with a beautiful sandy beach safe for swimming. Good trails within the park for exploring. If you are lucky enough to be there in the fall you can see the salmon swimming up stream to spawn.
The park is separated from the Strait of Georgia by the isthmus at Sechelt. This park is characterized by second-growth forest, open grassy areas and sandy beaches. This park also makes an excellent base camp for paddlers exploring the Sechelt Inlet. This park has a day-use/picnic area with two picnic shelters that can be reserved. There is one change area in the toilet building, pit and flush toilets, and a sandy beach area.

Beach on sechelt inlet (no waves), great for kids, playground equipment, walking trails. Check the tides and bring water shoes as there is lots to explore. Kayaks and paddleboards are good here too.
