Re-opened in 2023 after a long closure. About 10/15 minutes walk from us this is a great local pub for eating and drinking (but not open for food every night so check opening times and info before going). Dog friendly areas for the restaurant and bar. A friendly bar with a cosy fire plus the formal dining area. In the summer months the two or three outdoor seating areas are great for catching the sun with a cooling drink whatever the time of day!

Excellent restaurant - booking probably necessary - you can also eat in the bar...simpler menu etc.
