Caserta Vecchia è un borgo medievale molto caratteristico. Da visitare il Duomo e le caratteristiche stradine tutte in pietra di basalto. Il Borgo è ricco di locali dove poter mangiare gustose pietanze. Dista pochi chilometri da Caserta città.
