The Sherlock Holmes Museum is a privately run museum in London, England, dedicated to the famous fictional detective Sherlock Holmes. It is the world’s first museum dedicated to the literary character Sherlock Holmes. The best example of the living period costume I have come across! Absolutely everyone was in character! After giving the introduction, the butler was asked if Sherlock Holmes was real, and he kindly explained that the museum was there to help build the story. Brilliant experience and highly recommend!!
