The Infinite Monkey Theorem is an urban winery operated by one mad scientist working out of a back alley in the RiNo Art District of Denver and SoCo District of Austin. Many less common varieties available on tap. Bottled and canned wine also available for purchase.

An "Urban Winery" operating out of a converted warehouse downtown and serving up wine in a can! This unique spot is a hit with the locals and likely something you haven't seen before (but are sure to see more of because the concept is catching on).

Urban winery that's surprisingly good. Try one of their wines in a can.
