Beautiful views, public boat launch and restroom, trail head to Rainie Falls. Paved, sometimes single-lane road that goes thru Galice and loops back to Merlin and I-5. Excellent scenic drive!!

Fantastic hikes to Rainey Falls and Whiskey creek cabins on either side of the Rogue River Wild and Scenic area, just 12 miles away.
