Great facility for all ages. Friendly, helpful staff who go out of their way to be of assistance. I do water walking and aqua aerobics. I feel safe at the lifestyle centre. Extremely professional and city standard. I look forward to my sessions. There have gym, heated indoor pool. And there have some playing. Clean and tidy well.

This place has a great outdoor pool that is free on Saturday afternoons- great space for big kids as well as little kids with paddling pools and bigger pools also.
