This is a highly reputable company and we recommend using them, or Vermont River Runners for any kayaking or tubing experiences. There are several local companies that receive mixed reviews- don't take any chances on your good time!

Since 2003, we have been guiding folks in this area to great destinations - whether on the river, trails, shopping, events- what are you looking to do? (Full disclosure- we own and operate the Long Lodge as well!) Rent a canoe, kayak, raft, or tube - shuttles available, and maybe a bike or two. Located adjacent to the Battenkill State Forest, a punchy 5 mile round trip trail is in our back yard. Other hiking options in the area also available.

We haven’t used this company but they seem very legit and have seen others on the river who have gone through them. So if you are looking for a river float or kayak, give them a ring. If your group has two vehicles, we can talk you through how to do a river float independently and we have tubes and a floating cooler available upon request.
