Graineterie du Marché

Located on one of the liveliest squares in Paris, this shop is quite a surprise. Who remembered what a “graineterie” was? Here, you’ll find an incredible selection of dried beans, grains, herbs, and herbal teas. And probably a thousand other ingredients you just can’t live without. I recommend their beans from Tarbes and their tiny green flageolet beans. Their spices, like the ras el hanout mix from North Africa, are also very notable.
