Photo Op - Federal Courthouse building which was built in 1933 is the second most photographed Federal Courthouse in the entire nation with the Federal Courthouse in Washington DC as the first. And it is the only Federal building in the nation to straddle a state line which means that is serves both Arkansas and Texas but does not technically belong to either state. The Federal Courthouse building contains the post office, two federal courts, the Federal Employees Credit Union, the Internal Revenue Service, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the General Services Administration as well as other offices. In fact, their Post Office holds a distinct place in the record books because it is the only Post Office without any home state in the nation.
