Why locals recommend it
Located near the Saint-Sulpice church, this is my first Parisian shop. You can find all of the products I’ve created with my team: fine pastries, croissants, macarons, cakes, chocolates, and ice cream. It is one of only two boutiques with the full range of our offerings, and we’re open Sundays. One of my signatures is the Ispahan collection, with pastries composed of lychee, rose, and raspberry. I recommend starting with the cake, which is available all year round.

Tips from locals
Once you tried, you can’t eat anything else, anywhere else. THE macaron. Easy to buy one on your way to Luxembourg/St Sulpice.
The best in our opinion: Pierre is a magician. Our favorite is the Infiniment Vanille cake. We cooked one once — took us 8 hours of work over two days! You can also try his Macarons, which are the best in town (Pierre Hermé used to be the pastry chef at Ladurée). Go to the original rue Bonaparte shop, avoid the newer shop on St Germain boulevard.
Because I prefer Pierre Hermé's macarons to the ones from Ladurée. Other yummy pâtisseries too :)
