Motsameta also know as Motsameta monastery is a complex of monasteries at the Imereti region, approximately 6 km northeast of the center of Kutaisi, Georgia. The monastery is picturesquely located on the cliff of a promontory in the curve of the Ckalcitela river, a tributary of the Rioni river

Small church sheltered in a gorge of river Tslatsitela ( red river). Amazing views over an area and breathtaking surrounding gives you unique feeling of peace and beauty. It was built in the name of David and Konstantine, two brother tortured by Arabs for not accepting Islam. Church is located 15 minutes drive from Kutaisi.
