WAM is a great place to check out, with a calendar of exhibitions, usually featuring local artists and craftspeople. It also has a very nice coffee shop, where you can sit and observe the buzz of Braamfontein. They often host free drawing classes and guided 'walkabout' tours.
Museum showcasing thousands of pieces of African artwork ranging from historic to contemporary.
