Why locals recommend it
Chef David Toutain’s restaurant is marvelous, as is his cuisine. You’ll be welcomed into a setting of concrete, wood, and soft lighting. The service is meticulous, and the dishes are well balanced and original, with flavor associations and textures that surprise! For a first visit, put yourself in the chef’s hands and opt for the smallest of the fixed menus.

Tips from locals
Toutain has worked with the best – Pierre Gagnaire, Alain Passard, Bernard Pacaud – and has certainly been an exemplary student. And who could resist a pair of brilliant green parsley tortellini floating in a sublime pork consommé?
