A big park that has part of the Little Tennessee River through it, you can wade in the water, look for rocks etc. Great place for little kids. 4306 Patton Rd, Franklin, NC 28734

It's a baseball park BUT also has a nice level greenway around it, great for your doggies! (on a leash) and 3 areas of river access, great for kids of all ages.

If you're looking for a lovely park with lots of activity choices, this is the one to visit! There's a creek that you can tube in, basketball courts, lots of open fields, covered picnic areas, baseball fields, and walking/biking paths.
