In the Gennari shop you can buy the best ham (hand-sliced), sausages, neck, salami, bacon and all kinds of pig food (in Umbia the pig is religion ). Every morning you can find also the bread baked in wood of a small village Montebibico; is a bread of the peasants did as centuries ago (great). From Gennari you can also find fresh milk, meat, eggs and any food. But especially truffles and stringozzi, the typical pasta of Spoleto.
