Eat nearby at The Henley House Pub and Restaurant, Il Porto or Sober Island Brewing Company. Stunning ocean views while hiking.
25 Mins. This beach and trail system offers one of the best hikes Nova Scotia has to offer. The longer hiking trail is highly recommended as you'll walk around a peninsula that stretches more than 6 km out into the Atlantic Ocean giving breathtaking views.
This park has something for everyone: several different hiking trails with rugged coastline, natural habitats, interesting geological features, wildlife species, and scenic look-offs and picnic areas. The best part is the long, long white sandy beach - perfect for cooking off on a hot day! Tip: The fog can roll in unexpectedly so it’s always smart to bring a sweater.

Truly a magical location to explore the beauty of the Atlantic coast ecosystem. Lots of trails of various lengths and there’s a beach. I recommend packing a picnic and and walking the full trail (about 3 hours, map is available online)
