If you want a workout, this is a good one. 6 hours round trip (10 miles) Moderate to difficult-very difficult in winter snow & mud-season Elevation gain 3,400 ft
If you're looking for a low key hike, this is an easy 2.5 mile out and back trail to the Pine Creek Falls. If you're feeling more adventurous, you can continue up to Pine Creek Lake, which is 10.5 miles out and back and more challenging.
Head 5.4 miles north on East River Road (State Hwy 540) to Luccock Rd. Go to end of road until you reach Pine Creek Campground. Trailhead is at east side of campground. Comfortable 1.25 mile hike to a great waterfalls. Dogs are welcome.
