Area: Othello/MLK Blvd Travel Time 15 minutes This place was featured on the late, great Anthony Bourdain's "The Layover" show when he filmed in Seattle. Luckily its tucked well away from the beautiful people (and the crowds) in SE Seattle so you can get a table or order take-out, no problem. Its really great- top 3 Vietnamese in Seattle for sure. We like Short Ribs; Sour Catfish Soup; roll your own spring roll platters; lotus and beef salads; pancake appy- but anything you order you will probably like. Stay away from the $500 tamarind crab- not worth it. We Really want to order the amazing huge fried catfish & fixings platter- but you need at least 4 people to try it- let us know if your interested! in joining us to try during your visit!

This is a Vietnamese Restaurant staple in Seattle, it has been seeping for over 20 years. It was made famous by Anthony Bordane. Feeling adventurous try many of the traditional family style dining as well as traditional Vietnamese drinking foods.
Another favorite of ours in Seattle. All kinds homestyle Viet food and then a menu of exotic meats like frog, snail, alligator etc. Anthony Bourdain visited for one of his shows. We love the duck egg noodles with herbs, Mi Vit Tiem. Hands down one of best dishes in Seattle. If you're with a group, pre-order the giant deep-fried catfish (~$100).
