Tips from locals
Great large park with beautiful wooded trails. Native plants. Would never know you are in a city. Very pretty when the Rhodies bloom. Might spy a red headed wood pecker, osprey, eagle or racoon.
This little hidden gem of a park somehow feels huge. Walk in and get lost in the cedar grove, and cross a little stream where local salmon can be found spawning!
more forested park w/ lots of nice trails taking you up and down one of the bluffs of W. Seattle, with a stream running throughout so you might spot some salmon
