Very nice natural park for walking, BBQs, family outs , has a river running through and nice view , birds etc. its in envigado reachable by Metro + bus takes you right to the entrance.

This little ecopark is great! Big enough so you can hike without bumping into many people but small enough to have everything close by (café, river/swimming area, bbq area, games...) It's great for a family day out or a picnic, and the fact that you can refresh yourself in the river is amazing. Also, you can afterward visit Envigado, which is technically another city but part of the metropolitan area of Medellín. It have a lovely small town vibe.
