The coronavirus has changed everything, including how restaurants operate. Some have thrived while others have sadly shuttered. Lazy Bear has changed the game. They pivoted from an intimate two Michelin Star dinner party to slanging truffle, asparagus grilled cheese sandwiches and chilled corn soup. It's delicious and accessible like never before. This is a must visit. It's first-come-first-serve for breakfast and lunch but the line is worth it.

This Michelin-starred restaurant started as a Mission-based pop-up and has gained culinary acclaim since it's brick and mortar opening in 2014. Dinner tickets must be purchased in advance for the 15-18 course tasting menu served at two seatings each night. Pro-tip: You can often find resale tickets on sfbay (dot) craigslist (dot) org and search for "lazy bear".

Some of the best Michelin star restaurant I have ever been to. The food, drink and the service will bring your experience to a new level! You need to book in advance. RSVP portal opens up 1 month in advance for booking.

Californian. Michelin Star. One of the best restaurants in town. Uses a ticket system so no reservations or drop-in's. Craigslist is a good place to look for tickets last minute.
