Coffeehouse Nishiya is like a little Italian corner shop set down in Shibuya. Nishiya himself wears a beautiful kind of vest and collared shirt, complete with necktie. He is fast, smooth, and precise. There are no seats at the bar, people just stand there while drinking their espresso or whatever. Get the espresso shakerato, a shot of espresso poured over ice cubes and simple syrup, then shaken. Nishiya’s custard pudding is also very popular.
