This one’s a throwback: Golden Eagle Diner’s Club It’s inspired by the restaurants of days gone by (read: the ‘50s and ‘60s) , with a dark velvet atmosphere and food from yester year. That translates to Tavern steak au poivre and broiled oysters along with Corpse Reviver cocktails. The decor is dark and moody, with red plaid carpet, vintage glassware and crushed velvet seating.

Winner of Best Design in 2017, their cocktails are amazzzzing (if you like martinis, their olives are a religious experience!). Food is tasty too, make sure to get the Japanese pancake! They don't take reservations and have limited tables with larger common areas. Check out their happy hour too!
