Tips from locals
They have baby lambs (I know its redundant but they've got a variety of sized lambs) in the spring and they are so cute! You can tour the whole place, where they milk the sheep and all that. They have fresh yoghurt and brie in a fridge in one of the barns and you just help yourself and pay using the honor system.
A visit to the Sheepherding Company is a lot of fun especially for the kids. You can see how they raise the sheep, pet the babies, and buy some fresh sheep's cheese and yogurt.
Yes, it's a bit out of the way just to pick up a pint of (AMAZING) ginger yogurt, but it's well worth the visit. Children will especially love visiting the baby lambs in the springtime.
Farm stand is open 24 hours to purchase sheep cheese and yogurt. Walk the grounds to see sheep sheering and see newborn lambs.
