Why locals recommend it
Everybody watches the game on one screen by the bar, but from April until November, they also spill out onto the street while drinking. There’s a traditional pub vibe here because it’s founded by an Irishman, but with more bearded guys in “chemises à carreaux”—checkered shirts—because it’s in the trendy area of Canal Saint-Martin. The best time is Saturday afternoons when the UK Premier League’s top games are on. At night, when the French games are on, you have girls. Girls are great, but they make it hard to focus on the game!

Tips from locals
Nice Irish pub alongside the Canal Saint Martin. Typical selection of Irish and British beers and whiskies. Sofas, darts, book-case and great bay window on the Canal.
