Witness cutting-edge art in a old warehouse. Glassblowing, clay making, bronze works, photography and painting, rug making and more make up more than 80 art studios that are open to the public to watch, learn, and buy distinctive works of art.
The Hot Shops downtown offer a variety of different types of art to view from photography, glass, to paintings. There is a little bit of everything here and if you’re lucky, you might even be able to see artists do their thing in action! Definitely a hidden gem of Omaha.
A large studio space, the Hot Shops host many events throughout the year to showcase local artists.
This is a neat shopping experience only open on certain days and times of the year to the public where many come together to share their creations for you to purchase.
There's nowhere in the world like Hot Shops! This is a large 3 story building with tons of studios and each one is filled with a different style of art/artist. Ranging from glass blowers to sculptures, jewelry to painters, photography to a violin maker... this place has everything! If the artists door is open they encourage you to walk in
