Tips from locals
It's a traditional restaurant, both in decoration and in food. Large, old-fashioned space with many details, real hardwoods and heavy hams, perforated on the ceiling... generous and typical good food
Toca do Julio is a family run business, with a typical decoration and influence from its origins from the Beira Alta. About 70% of its dishes are traditional Portuguese food, it also has international and vegetarian food, Wifi, WC and parking. Excellent dishes across the whole menu, great Octopus and traditional oven baked cod with baked new potatoes in olive oil. Recommended by us at Chez Nous.
