Dog Friendly walking beach that over looks seattle with plenty of parking You can actual camp here, there's covered tables, playground for kids.
Beautiful view of Seattle with a fun beach and kid play area. On a low tide you can walk for a long ways south. Driving distance from Club Meridian but with the drive to get there.
This is my family's absolute favourite island beach. We head over here a lot of evenings to walk on the sand and look for cool driftwood and rocks. There are day use campsites/grills if you want to make a day of it!
Fay Bainbridge Park is at the north of the island near the Point Monroe sandspit. It offers excellent hikes and beach access for views of Puget Sound, Seattle, the Cascade Mountains and Mount Rainier and Mount Baker.
