Holy Mountain is a brewery and taproom founded in 2014. The influence of oak has always been the focus of the majority of beers brewed at Holy Mountain. A sizable building near the Seattle waterfront has allowed the team to build a vast stock of oak barrels, puncheons, and foeder used for both primary fermentation as well as long-term aging. The proximity of the brewery to the Yakima Valley also allows the team of brewers to utilize hops from the best producers in the world, constantly exploring the relationship between hops, oak, and mixed fermentation.

Our favorite brewery. It's a bit of a drive to Interbay, but worth it. You'll drive up behind the building and park along the railroad tracks. We recommend going to Windy City (go through the front door and turn right) to order a pizza and bring it into Holy Mountain to eat.
