The San Diego Zoo Safari Park, originally named the San Diego Wild Animal Park until 2010, is an 1,800 acre zoo in the San Pasqual Valley area of San Diego, California, near Escondido. It is one of the largest tourist attractions in San Diego County
Amazing place to see wildlife and explore all of what the world famous San Diego Zoo has to offer.
Beautiful location on the outside of San Diego. The drive is nice and the mind might be tricked thinking you are on a real safari!
A departure from the traditional zoo setting. The Safari Park is operated by the San Diego Zoo, but exhibits animals in wide open settings. There I also a zip line here for the adventure seekers in your group. Highly recommend visiting this San Diego County gem.
