Tips from locals
A romanesque stone chapel, several levels of medieval wine cellars and a banquet hall accompany the vineyard, which has 18 terraces supported by massive stone walls. It is located in the beautiful Missisquoi Valley. This vineyard specializes in vin de terroir dessert wines, utilizing a more traditional approach. The icewine grapes are hand picked from the vines in winter at about -10C. Chapelle Ste Agnès has now entered two of the most prestigious and industry-recognized wine competitions (IWSC and Decanter) worldwide and has come away each time with awards. Visits include the property, information on viticulture, architecture and history. Guided tours/tastings: Wed. and Sun. 1:30 p.m. 2 hrs

Lovely vine yard with stone chapel and beautiful vistas. Noted for their prize winning ice wine. They have tours and tastings on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
