[ 🐶💜] Bournemouth gardens which lead down to the main beach & pier are definitely worth a wander around. About a 15 minute walk away. Good for a dog walk. Lovely stream at the centre. Tennis courts available. Sheltered if a windy day and can sunbathe instead of the beach

Bournemouth gardens which lead down to the main beach & pier are definitely worth a wander around. From where you're staying they're about a 10/15 minute walk away.
The Lower, Central and Upper Gardens are about 3 Kilometres long and provide a lovely range of scenery and activities, part of the Bourne Valley Greenway and are Listed Grade II in the English Heritage Register of Parks and Gardens. In the Lower Gradens there is year-round attractions include mini golf, a bandstand, refreshment kiosks and Street food corner site, an aviary, and art exhibition. Further along in the Central and Upper gardens is a lovely play park with zip wire and plenty of playground swings and slides as well as Tennis courts and Cafe.
