It's kind of wild that there's an internationally renowned Buddhist World Peace Temple up here. They offer meditation classes, study programs and retreats and the beautiful 82 wooded acres are open and we recommend going there to hike the nature trails and enjoy a picnic in the outdoor seating areas. There's an outdoor café and coffee bar that might be open - check their website for updated info.

All are welcome at no charge to walk manicured trails and visit the cafe and gift shop.

One of the leading meditation centers in the country. Set on beautiful grounds the temple and surrounding acres are the essence of peace and tranquility. Every Sunday morning they have a world peace breakfast and prayers for world peace.
