This great gastro pub is about an hour's walk away, using public footpaths throughout. The food is delicious and the service, spot on. You can't go wrong but you need to book.

Nice bar and restaurant. Good selection of mains. Reasonably priced.

Excellent food and good wine list, also while there, visit the castle and church, which has some renowned gargoyles.
