When this is poured cream on top, it is often called a "Suizo" (a "Swiss"), and it is typically dipped with "melindros" (sweet bread), a characteristic afternoon meal to take a break whilst walking around the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. This café was established in 1947, and the decoration hasn't changed since, being very authentic of the post-war era.
