Il palazzo in cui si trova la casa di 39 mq più terrazzo-giardino è ben frequentato e tranquillo. L'ampio monolocale con giardino è al piano terra, perciò entrando nel palazzo accedete direttamente alla casa, senza utilizzare l'ascensore.

Trastevere is one of the most picturesque areas in the city. The district has an authentic feel and the independent shops and cafes are frequented by locals. Tram and bus stops are located on Viale di Trastevere 5 minutes' walk from the apartment. Parking: parking on the road is possible. Very difficult to find free spots but possible, otherwise the parking fee is approx. 8 euro per day on the road or €20/25 in a private garage.
