In a separate part of our house, you will find this guest house with your own running. Compact living with fully equipped kitchen, total and shower as well as sleeping loft. In the sleeping loft there is a double bed, a single bed and a travel bed for children if desired. Here you are surrounded by fields and meadows as well as 950 meters to wide sandy beach. Walking distance to restaurant and tennis courts. Grocery store, more restaurants, paddle court and golf course you can reach in 15 minutes by bike. Need to know; the stair to the sleeping loft is very steep.

The house is located on a large beach plot (just over 4500 sqm) with direct access to a quiet, wide sandy beach. Nice wooden deck with barbecue and outdoor furniture. We hire out our newly renovated spacious summer house in Smygehamn with proximity to beach, shop and restaurants. There is plenty of space and space for both big & small. As far south as you can get in Sweden! Facilitations - Sauna, hot tub, boule court The house is located about 100m from the beach and about 500m to the bathing jetty. Smygehamn is Sweden's southernmost location & there is a shop, restaurant & ice cream kiosks. Proximity to more gems and beaches along the coast. Note: Pets are allowed based on consultation with us.

Cozy guest apartment of about 35 sqm with its own entrance and free parking. Furnished and complete with all you need. Close to nice sandy beach and close to trains/buses with connections to Malmö/Lund/Copenhagen, Ystad/Österlen, Skanör/Falsterbo etc. Laundry room, garden and outdoor space are shared with host according to agreement. The yaccuzzin can absolutely be borrowed with advance notice and in agreement with the host.

Countryside guest apartment (25kvm) located on the second floor above the garage-two rooms and a bathroom. There are no kitchen but a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric kettle, as well as bowls and cutlery for two. The big room has a double bed 180 cm, and in the other room has a sofa that can be embeded into a 140 cm wide bed. A foldable crib is also available in the apartment.

Welcome to our guesthouse on Söderslätt. Completely renovated in 2020, but is originally from 1853. Enjoy your own terrace and fenced garden with sunset in the west. If you get up early in the morning, you may see pheasants, hares and deer. It is 3 km to Äspö pier and the beach for lovely swimming and walks along the sea.
