Cozy and calm street house right in the old city center. Very close to city square, communications, marina, beach and good restaurants - all within few minutes of walk. The house is in two levels connected with a steep staircase and hence less suitable if poor walking or for children without having assistance. Lansatorpet is a three-legged farm from the 1850s that is beautifully situated on a gravel road in the forest of Österlen between St Olof and Brösarp with Mariavalls Kloster as the nearest neighbor. The forest is filled with a rich wildlife, wild rink, blueberries and mushrooms. In summer, the garden around the house is visited by a large amount of colorful butterflies and hungry bumblebees.
