For rent is a quaint, secluded alpine hut (Aste), almost 400 years old, in about 1300 meters above sea level. It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel silver region at the foot of the Tux Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wild Oven. A fantastic view compensates for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel silver region or for ski tours to the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Zillertal.

100 years old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt with us at the organic mountain farm. Special care has been taken to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a thermal solar system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75m2) served us as a residence for 10 years.

In our studio you will find the perfect base for your open-air adventure, only 3min. Walking distance from the Finkenberger Almbahn! It is a larger bright room with very good and newly furnished kitchenette, shower toilet and large balcony where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the mountains in the afternoon.
