This house is equipped with living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with air conditioning in both is a gourmet area with barbecue grill, swimming pool , hydromassage , two showers one hot and one cold . But attention is only allowed for a maximum of 15 people not being able to have a party. And the number of people in the listing will be what is allowed in the house, beyond 6 people will be charged the amount of 50 per person. Simple house with large external and internal space, three bedrooms (one suite with double bed and wardrobe), social bathroom, living room and kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave. All bedrooms have fans. In the outdoor space we offer swimming pool with hydromassage, shower, barbecue area with sink and counter, tables, chairs, stools and garage for four cars. Sound after 10 pm is not allowed due to municipal laws, automotive is prohibited at any time.
