Hyundai Heavy Industries and Hyundai Motor Company are 10 minutes away ~, and the beach on the east coast is a neat and clean private house right in front of you. You can walk along the sea, and we have a space where you can enjoy tea while looking at the sea from the room and living room, so it is recommended as a good space for those who like the sea or want to heal quietly with family and friends. You can use the whole house, it has a living room, kitchen and toilet. Two bedrooms have queen beds and extra duvets for up to 6 people. There are basic kitchen appliances and tableware. Parking is available on or around the first floor of the building. Dong-gu and Buk-gu are both close, so you can enjoy nearby Jeonju Mongdol Beach, Jeongja Beach, Ilsan Beach, and various other tourist attractions. Nearby tourist attractions include Uri Marine Fishing Park, Jujeon Fishing Village, Ulsan Bridge Observatory, Daewangam Park, Seldo, Big Village Reservoir Forest Park, Seopyeong Children's Park, and Ulsan Theme Botanical Garden.

This is a 56-pyeong residence hotel-style accommodation on the seafront of Gangdong, Ulsan, where the sea of the Donghae Sea breathes. There is a beach and sea in front of you (30m), and it is a romantic and cozy accommodation where you can hear the sound of the waves from the accommodation. 20 minutes from downtown Ulsan and 10 minutes from the airport. Hello, this is a quiet and small fishing village with a beautiful sunset. # If you use the second floor and don't just jump long in place, you don't know what happens on the second floor.Also, the 1st and 2nd floor entrances are completely separate. # The back of the accommodation is a mountain and the porch is a wooden floor, so basically, smoking is prohibited in the accommodation, and you can only do it outside of the first floor.(I don't want to have an amazing experience where the whole neighborhood is on fire because of my place.Please be sure to ask.) # Parking Instructions: There is a private parking lot, but you can think of it as a parking lot in Ondongne. # There is no convenience store or store within a 1km radius.
