Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. Our accommodation is absolutely quiet. In just a few steps you are in nature. It is ideally suited for 2 adults and 2-3 children. The large garden with a stream is ideal for children. In the immediate vicinity are trails partly (floodlight) and the biathlon stadium with ski scooter and ski lift, sledge slope, MTB trails and hiking trails. Fichtelsee is a 20-minute walk away.
