Built by the Burgess family, Burgess House 1892c is a three bedroom renovated house which was was relocated from Burgess Street. Wide verandahs and double glazed sliding doors connect inside and out, providing excellent insulation with air conditioning to supplement. With an elevated outlook over a rural setting, Burgess house is surrounded by native birds and bushland. Being 5 minutes drive to the CBD and 8 minutes drive to UNE, it is a quiet retreat that is close to everything.

A night at the Art Studio!

Set behind my working art studio, the original house has been lovingly renovated - a comfortable mix of the contemporary and traditional. As you would expect the space is filled with paintings, sculptures, art books and ceramics. For this reason it's not suitable for children under 15. Pop into the studio if you like! The house is walking distance to shops, eateries, etc. Secure parking for all vehicles. Pets welcome on the premises, but not inside the house.
