Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. A deck with a glass railing throughout the cabin's width allows you to sense the peace of nature, both in winter and in summer. The yard has a wood storage, a fire pit, and a lot. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist Center Ukkohalla 26 km. Shop: Poland city center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

“Kiikala” - nice little one-bedroom near Lake Oulujärvi

Comfortable and beautiful apartment suitable for a nature lover or commuter who also wants services nearby. Nice courtyard and cozy terrace. Own electric sauna and fireplace. The shore of Lake Oulujärvi and the Oulujoki River and the center of the village is only about 500 m. The city has great hiking, boating, and skiing opportunities. About 20 km to Rokua National Park. Art for sale on the walls of the apartment. Suitable for a single, couple, or a couple of friends. A sofa as an extra bed for a third.
