In the old part of Läjet, just over 5 km south of Varberg, we rent out a bright and nice cottage. The cottage is quietly located on a dead end street with very little traffic, about 300 meters from the harbor and 650m from the beach. The cottage has a tiled bathroom with shower cubicle and its own washing machine. Kitchen with dining table, oven, microwave, coffee maker, freezer and sofa bed. Bedroom with 140cm bed and 90cm bunk bed. Sofa bed 120cm located in the living room/kitchen. Private car parking directly outside the entrance. Welcome

Södra Näs - Varberg's gold position

Attractive location on quiet dead end street and only 200m to lovely sand beach and nature reserve. Large (1150 m2), limited space for play and games. There is also a lovely wood-burning sauna. Small office is available during the summer months (EJ Oct-Mar) in the guest house with screen, desk, keypad, WIFI/fiber. The cabin has two well-stocked terraces in the east and west. Cozy living room with fireplace, functional kitchen as well as fresh bathroom. 40 min Ullared/Gekås ENGLISH - no problem! DEUTSCH - kein Problem!

Cozy cottage by the sea south of Varberg

Renovated little guest cottage near the sea and a fine sandy beach in southern Träslövsläge (Läjet), 8 km south of Varberg. Läjet is an old fishing village with cute wooden houses, narrow alleys and harbor. In the summer there's a long line to the icecream café Tre Toppar and good food is served at Joel's brygga. Nearby there is a bus stop to Varberg, which is a lovely summer town, known for its fortress, salt bath, spa and surf. Ca 40 min. to Gothenburg by train or car to Ge-Kå's in Ullared.

This upper floor of a riding house was finished in June 2020 with a total of 112sqm. The beds are made when you arrive and towels are included. wood with acoustic woodfibre ceiling creates a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. A cosy sleeping alcove with 2 beds and a large living room with 2 beds behind curtain. A rustique well equipped kitchen and a cosy bathroom with floor heating . Walking distance to the sea with many nice places for swimming, hiking and fishing. 5 golf courses nearby.

Tiny house in a lovely fishing village.

A tiny new built house with a nice atmosphere, what we in Sweden call an "Attefallshus". Its 25 square metre, with a sleeping loft. Only 600m to the sea and just 100m to a small forest with nice walks. Bua is a small fishing village at the west coast of Sweden, close to Gothenburg (65km), Kungsbacka (38km) Varberg (25km) & the famous shopping place GeKås Ullared (50km). Welcome to our guest house with sea view at Trönningenäs (Norra Näs) along the coast 7 km north of Varberg. 8 km from E6, exit 55. The house is fully equipped and has 4 beds. Here you live close to the sea with a beach (400m) and lovely hiking areas along the coast and in the forest. Very good surfing in the northwest wind. Varberg city center (7 km) reaches you in 15 min by car or 30 min by bike. The Kattegat trail is 2 km from the house. Shopping in Ullared is 35km east.

This apartment is located in a house with 4 apartments in the heart of Varberg, with a feeling of being in the countryside. Proximity to center, swimming, nightlife, shopping and restaurants 10 min walk. Lovely courtyard, which of course can be utilized, several patios and veranda. The apartment is fully equipped, there is a special need for something more, so we are guaranteed to solve this. It can be a bit responsive though, because it's an old house.

We rent out our wonderful guest house in Hanhals. Closer to the sea is hard to come by. Quiet and quiet location with nature conservation area all around. A paradise for birds! Hot tub and sauna, there is access to all year round, of course heated. This is also a place perfect for "workation", here you can work in peace and quiet with fast wifi.
